SharkNinja

When launching its latest addressable video campaign, SharkNinja sought to promote its suite of Motorized (blender) and Heated (cooking) products to drive sales and increase market share. 
 

The commercial content targeted six macro high value audiences, focusing on real-life moments and use-cases that captured consumers’ core mindsets and reason-to-buy triggers. Outputs were further personalized to audience and moment with interactive overlays featuring three personalized recipes, corresponding recipe preparation information, a customer review, and a call to action.
 

These interactive videos were distributed across OTT, desktop, and mobile media with each channel receiving an adapted overlay experience. In an OTT environment (i.e. Hulu), viewers were able to use their remote to engage with the overlays and toggle between recipes.
 

I wrote the sixteen (16) commercial scripts and the interactive overlay copy that went into building 200+ unique pieces of creative that connected each audience with the trigger most relevant to them and the content they consumed – resulting in a sales increase of 36% YOY during campaign flight vs. the same timeframe in 2019.
